Frequently asked questions
- Can I collect my order in store?
- Yes. Choose 'Collect in Pinetown' at checkout — it's free. We'll let you know when it's ready and you collect from our shop.
- Do you deliver nationwide?
- Yes, we courier across South Africa. A flat R 150 courier rate applies at checkout for now; bulky items like brush cutters may be quoted separately. Pickup-point delivery is also available to keep costs down.
- How do I pay?
- You can pay by card or Instant EFT online (where enabled), by manual EFT, or place your order over WhatsApp and we'll confirm payment details. Goods are dispatched once payment reflects.
- Why can't I buy paint online?
- Paint needs to be mixed and colour-matched to your exact code, which we do in store. Bring your colour code or a sample and we'll match it while you wait.
- Some items say 'Available in-store' — why?
- A few products (like compressors) are best bought in person so we can advise on the right unit and set you up. These show an 'enquire' option instead of add-to-cart.
- Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
- Yes — we supply garden services, contractors and municipalities at trade rates with reliable reorders. Use the Trade page to request a quote.
- What about warranty?
- Power equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Keep your receipt; we handle claims through us or the brand's service agent.
- How do I get hold of you quickly?
- Call or WhatsApp 074 733 3463. We're happy to check stock, quote delivery or give advice on the right tool for the job.
